First thing is that now the marks have come and there is nothing you could do about it unless there’s an option of going back in time and changing things or bettering things. Unfortunately there is no such tool as yet. So stop worrying.
I’m sure you must have put in all the effort based on the interest or importance the exam holds in your list of priority, Say education holds 50% in your priority list. I’m sure you would have put in all efforts to that required for that 50% place which it holds. The point i’m trying to make is that you don't need to feel depressed as you yourself are aware and confessing that the marks are low, which means you have set a bench mark for yourself for getting a certain marks and for which the appropriate efforts you would have made. At times you do come across a bad phase or a rough patch which is just temporary which you have no control over. As the saying goes go with the flow, there’s always a another day. Now chill a bit with friends and go outside and play a bit to forget this part.
In case you didn't put in effort which you intended on putting, that’s alright. You could learn from this phase which will lead to a pathway for you to shape up your priority and effort management. Even the best of athlete have a bad day. Chin Up and brace yourself for your next exam.
